BAZODO HDPE Vermi Bed

Vermi bed for making vermicompost. Bazodo vermi bed, also known as a compost bin, helps farmers to reduce their dependence on commercially sold chemical fertilizers.

These are made from reinforced HDPE fabrics having UV resistant, tear-resistant, crack-resistant, waterproof, and unaffected by most agrichemical, which makes them reliable and sturdy.

Vermicompost was widely used to advance organic farming. Our vermi bed can be set up in any place with a simple method. Its lightweight reinforced HDPE flexible fabrics make them portable and can transport them economically and smoothly anywhere. This feature makes it simple to set them up in difficult-to-access or remote locations. It can be migrated and reused many times. Vermibed is light in weight henceforth extremely easy to install, and yet it’s strong. 

 

We offer a vermi bed in 400 GSM.  Our top-quality UV stabilizers shield the vermi bed from degradation from direct sunlight and other weather condition and expand the life of the vermicompost bed. Process:

 

After preparing the bed, add Soil as the first layer. Add chopped Dry Straw as the second layer, it helps to hold moisture & Aeration for Earthworms. Sprinkle some water on Dry straw to maintain moisturization. Make sure the moisture level shall not exceed 40-50%.

Add aged cow dung into the bed, Cow dung is food for earthworms. You can sprinkle some water on cow dung if it is dry. Add chopped dry straw. Continue the process until the Vermi Bed completely fills up.

Properly distribute Cow dung to maintain uniform load in the Vermi Bed. Sprinkle water on top of the Bed, maintain moisture for Earth Worms. Now introduce Earth Worms into the Vermi Bed, Just leave them on the Vermi Bed. Cover the bed, ensure no Direct sunlight hits the bed. Compost takes 60-80 days for preparation.
